Edit Distance, Duration and Calories In the App

Digifit is an app for the people. We listen to the devoted Digifit disciples to determine what changes would best serve the health and fitness community. For a long time, people have craved the ability to edit their workout metrics (distance, duration and calories).

That is why we added the ability to make changes on My.Digifit.com to distance, duration and calories, but this still created some issues. One of the biggest reasons why people wanted to edit their stats was for those who work out on an elliptical or treadmill, and they wanted to immediately enter in their distance the machine showed into Digifit.

So indoor workout enthusiasts rejoice, because in Version 7.20 of the Digifit family of apps you now can edit workout stats right on your phone. To do so:

1. Go to “Results” and tap the workout you wish to edit
2. Swipe from left to right to get to the “Notes” page. Tap the “Edit” button next to the title.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap “More”
4. Now just tap on the metric you wish to edit, then tap “Save”

Tap the “More Button

Edit your Distance, Duration and Calories In-App

Once you have saved the edits, the changes will Auto-Sync and you will have a new pace/speed to reflect any changes.

That's awesome! I run on a treadmill all the time, and try to edit on my phone through the full site. It's not very user friendly doing it that way. Great change!

  2. Michael Lurie says:

For spin classes it'd be great to have average RPM and watts included in the metrics. Is that feasible?

  3. David,
The update is not yet live in the app store, it is currently awaiting approval. It should be ready to rock soon!

  4. having a problem.Distance counts double the actual distance.Any advice ?
