Priority Phone Support with Digifit MVP
With an upgrade to Digifit MVP subscription, you get access to priority phone support with the Digifit Customer Service team. This will allow you to make a phone call directly to customer support with just a push of a button.
Before you upgrade to MVP, you only have the option to email the support team from the app. However, once you upgrade, you can make calls directly from the app by going to Settings -> Info and Help, then call support.
Customer Support line is open 9am to 3pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, excluding major American holidays. If we are not available, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
