With voice feedback turned on in Digifit on your iOS device, a male or female voice announce alerts designed to make heart rate zone interval training easier. Voice feedback alerts your heart rate zone upon entering, when to prepare to enter a new zone in interval training, when above or below target zone, and when reaching max heart rate.
Another feature is a summary of your workout data at certain benchmarks (calories, distance, and time). When you reach the prescribed benchmark (100 calories burned, for example), voice feedback announces your speed, average speed, time, beats per minute, average beats per minute, and calories burned.
Follow these steps to access the voice feedback options:
- Start at the Digifit home page
- Tap Settings
- Tap My Activity Preferences
- Tap which activity you would like to modify the Voice Feedback Options
- Tap Voice Feedback
Now you can select and modify when you want to hear the metrics want to know!
